Benelli Ethos Supersport in Three Chamberings

Posted By TGM_Staff On Thursday, January 21, 2021 02:30 PM. Under Featured

New for 2021, Benelli has combined the excellence of the popular ETHOS sport model with a new, lightweight, weather-resistant carbon-fiber finish for high performance in all weather conditions.

Suited for any clays course or shotgun competition, the Benelli ETHOS Supersport gets shooters on target quickly with minimal recoil in an eye-pleasing aesthetic in 12-gauge, 20-gauge and 28-gauge offerings, according to a Benelli news release.

Centered around the ultra-reliable Inertia-Driven system with minimal parts, the ETHOS Supersport combines the ComfortTech 3 recoil-reducing system with a ported Crio barrel to tame recoil and muzzle jump. Smooth swinging and light to carry all day, the new shotgun’s fiber-optic front sight pairs with mid-rib bead inside a sight channel along a wide rib to deliver instinctive aiming and naturally guides a shooter’s eyes to the target.

Extended Crio chokes deliver uniform patterns downrange and can be easily changed out dictated by situational changes. The ETHOS Supersport’s Shell View system offers a quick reference to how many rounds remain in the magazine tube while the beveled loading port speeds reloading. Drop and cast shims allow adjustments to create a more custom fit for individual shooters. The nickel-plated receiver and forend complement the carbon-fiber finish for an eye-catching look on the range.

The 12-gauge is offered with either a 28- or 30-inch barrel. The 20-gauge and 28-gauge offerings are available with a 28-inch barrel. They are chambered for 2 ¾- and 3-inch shells. The receiver is nickel plated and overall length is 49.5 inches to 51.5 inches. Models weigh from 5.4 to 7 pounds.

The guns carry an MSRP of $2,299.
