Retro Shotgunning: Peters Blue Paper Shells on Limited Availability

Posted By Dave Workman On Friday, December 3, 2021 11:21 AM. Under Featured, New Products, Product Spotlight

Remington has announced the availability of Peters Blue paper hull shotshells, in 12-gauge, for modern trap, skeet and sporting clays.

According to Remington, “the paper hulls reduce felt recoil for a more enjoyable day at the range.”
These shells feature a competition wad, all-brass head making them good for reloading, with carefuly selected primers and propellant.

There are two loads currently available, a No. 8 with a 1 1/8-ounce charge of lead pellets and a No. 7 ½ also with a 1 1/8-ounce payload. Both have a listed muzzle velocity of 1,145 fps and they come packaged 25 per box.
