SD Lawmakers Mull Bill to Invalidate Biden Exec. Orders

The South Dakota House of Representatives is considering legislation that would effectively have the Mount Rushmore State attorney general invalidating Joe Biden’s executive orders, according to the Daily Wire.

The measure is sponsored by State Rep. Aaron Aylward (R-Harrisburg). House Bill 1194 would allow the state Attorney General to review executive orders issued by the president and ask for an exemption or declare the order unconstitutional, according to KELO News.

Among the things the attorney general could review for constitutionality are executive orders regulating the constitutional right to keep and bear arms, the Daily Wire story noted.
