Sierra adding new MatchKing bullets

sierra-tipped-matchking-30-calNew bullets, tools and accessories invariably get the juices flowing for devoted reloaders, and for 2017, there are several new products that have been announced.

Sierra (sierrabullets.com) has announced additions to the MatchKing line of bullets. One is a 197-grain 7mm projectile. It has an elongated ogive and is designed for use in barrels with a rifling twist of 1:7.5 or faster.

The second entry is a 195-grain, .30-caliber pill with an acetal resin tip that is designed to decrease drag and improve the ballistic coefficient. This one is for use in barrels with rifling twists of 1:10 or faster.

Lastly Sierra offers a 110-grain, 6mm projectile in the MatchKing line. This bullet has an elongated ogive. It should be used in barrels with a 1:7-inch rifling twist or faster.
