CMC, the original innovator of the drop-in trigger, has announced the expansion of its AR-15 component lineup with the launch of its first stripped AR-15 lower receiver and an expanded range of uppers, barrels, handguards, bolt carrier groups, gas components, buffer systems, muzzle devices, and other build components.
This expansion represents a significant step for CMC. While known for pioneering the drop-in trigger platform, CMC now offers dealers, builders, and shooting enthusiasts a broader selection of precision components from a single trusted American brand.
CMC is expanding its offerings from its signature trigger to foundational AR-15 components.

The new stripped lower receiver forms the foundation of CMC’s expanding AR-15 ecosystem. Forged from 7075-T6 aluminum, it features a Mil-Spec M16 low-shelf configuration and supports a wide range of AR-15 builds.
