Tippmann Arms and Rare Breed Firearms are proud to announce a strategic collaboration to introduce a new line of dedicated FRT-equipped rimfire firearms built specifically around the patented Rare Breed Triggers FRT-15L3™ Forced Reset Trigger System and the renowned Tippmann Arms M4-22 platform, The Outdoor Wire is reporting.
The new product lineup includes:
- Tippmann Arms M4-22 ELITE Rifle FRT
- Tippmann Arms M4-22 ELITE Pistol FRT
- Tippmann Arms M4-22 Micro ELITE Pistol FRT
These new models represent the first purpose-engineered rimfire firearm systems specifically optimized for the performance characteristics of the Rare Breed FRT-15L3™ trigger technology. Dealers will be able to purchase the new FRT models directly through both Tippmann Arms and Rare Breed Firearms.
As part of the collaboration, Tippmann Arms and Rare Breed Firearms worked closely with Rare Breed Triggers to develop, manufacture, and supply a specialized variant of the FRT-15L3™ trigger system specifically for the Tippmann Arms FRT platform and this collaborative project. In parallel, Tippmann Arms engineered extensive firearm enhancements, including a Patent Pending anti-bounce bolt system, modified upper and lower receivers, and optimized buffer components to fully harness the high-performance operation of the FRT platform.
Together, these engineering advancements deliver an exceptionally fast, smooth, and reliable shooting experience in a lightweight, low-recoil .22LR platform.
