Anti-gun liberals have done it once again with the methodically nefarious ticking of a pristine Swiss wristwatch.
Their predicably deplorable tactics in pushing a narrative to disarm law-abiding citizens is a widely known pathetic and scam which includes exploitation as a necessary component in promoting doubt, chaos and tyranny. Case in point, a group of radical Connecticut lawmakers hijacked the 13th anniversary of the Sandy Hook school shooting tragedy to promote further gun control measures, all while ungraciously assaulting the legacy of the victims, survivors, and living family members who may never recover from the horrors of the past.
According to Breitbart News columnist AWR Hawkins, during a press conference earlier this week, Connecticut state senators Chris Murphy and Richard Blumenthal along with a putrid group of ideologically aligned laughable lackeys pressed for increased restrictions on firearms. “We should be passing laws every single year, Murphy stated incredulously, “I wish we were, but we’re going to wake up every day with the confidence that our cause is so righteous, is so righteous that if we do the work there will be more and more moments like…[the passage of the Bipartisan Safer Communities Act during] summer in 2022 when we can make another difference and save thousands of other lives.”
In crunching the numbers, it is common knowledge that limiting the number of firearms does not “save” lives as those legally eligible to own guns are denied their fundamental rights in protecting themselves and their families from criminals who do not adhere to the rule of law.
Both Murphy and Blumenthal have been notably outspoken proponents of gun control, an unfortunate reality for residents of Connecticut facing the actions of delusional idealists continually elected by a majority of ignorant voters. Blumental somehow managed to surpass Murphy’s indifference by stating and philosophical shortcomings by bloviating, “I’ll be very blunt. It is a time of despair and some feel defeatism, but we don’t have the luxury of despair or defeatism. We don’t have the luxury of putting our heads in the sand. We don’t have the luxury of despair or defeatism. We need to keep fighting.”
Earlier this year Connecticut lawmakers passed sweeping legislation placing and broad restrictions on gun manufacturers and retailers making businesses liable and vulnerable to bad decisions made by individuals. Governor Ned Lamont and political colleagues were the architects for the slew of bills signed into law attacking the Second Amendment.
