The latest additions to this line include three Maverick 88 Field Shotguns with Mossy Oak® Bottomland-camouflaged stocks and forends in 12 gauge, 20 gauge and a youth offering in 20 gauge.
Maverick 88 pump-action shotguns are designed for reliable, smooth operation with the combination of dual extractors; twin-action bars; positive steel-to-steel lock-up; anti-jam elevator; and cross-bolt safety, located at the front of the trigger guard. At the core of its no-frills and low-maintenance design is the ability to field strip the Maverick 88 with the simple removal of one pin. Adding to their versatility, Maverick 88 shotguns are fully compatible with Mossberg 500® accessory stocks, barrels and choke tubes within gauge and capacity.
Maverick 88 All-Purpose Field 12 Gauge (31012) – This 12-gauge, 3-inch workhouse features a 28-inch vent rib barrel that is AccuChoke™-compatible (Modified choke tube included) and is topped with a front bead sight.

Maverick 88 All-Purpose Field 20 Gauge (32201) – Looking for a lower recoiling option, then the 20-gauge, 3-inch offering fits the bill. This Maverick 88 features a versatile 26-inch vent rib, AccuChoke barrel (Modified choke tube included) with front bead sight, blue metal finish, and Bottomland camo-covered synthetic stock and forend.
Maverick 88 All-Purpose Field Bantam 20 Gauge (32203) – This compact, well-balanced Maverick 88 is ideal for smaller-stature shooters with a 12-inch length-of-pull and 22-inch vent rib barrel. For added versatility, the barrel is threaded for use of AccuChoke tubes (Modified choke included) and is equipped with a front bead sight.
The durable synthetic stock and forend feature Bottomland camo and the metalwork has a blue finish.
